Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assemble food items and tray settings in accordance with detailed airline specifications, including components such as hot meals, cold meals, salads, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments. - Ensure all tray setups are accurately completed and meet quality and presentation standards. - Follow airline and company guidelines to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction. - Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook. - Report any issues related to food safety or hygiene t...
