Overview The Program Manager (PM) shall provide overall management, direction, administration, documentation, quality assurance, and leadership.The PM is responsible for ensuring contractual, technical, schedule, and quality objectives are met and serves as the authorized primary point of contact with the Government. Responsibilities: - Provide day‑to day leadership and oversight for all contractor personnel and task execution. - Serve as the single point of contact for the Government COR and interface regularly with Government management personnel. - Ensure performance aligns with Government policies, objectives, priorities, and mission goals. - Formulate, implement, and enforce work standards, quality assurance processes, and performance controls.
