Join us in our Turkey office for the exciting role of Regional Account Manager. Your primary objective is to lead Customer Service and foster profitable growth by acquiring new customers and enhancing engagement with high-potential customers who may be underperforming. What You'll Be Responsible For: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision makers to maximise opportunities with existing and potential customers, through frequent visits and contact Monitoring and responding to incoming customer requests via email, phone etc Quote customers and Daily follow up with customers to close on quotations from the previous day Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers Present, negotiate and close business deals with new or existing customers Take ownership of regional customer accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth Develop strategic relationships with airlines, MROs, and aviation industry stakeholders Lead complex commercial negotiations and long-term business development initiatives Mentor and support junior sales team members to improve overall regional performance Identify regional market trends and deve...
