Care to join the team?: GenesisCare has a fantastic opportunity for a Radiation Oncologist to join our team in Hervey Bay, QLD. GenesisCare offers high-quality radiation therapy treatment to our local and surrounding communities. We treat cancer-diagnosed illnesses using specialised treatments, like VMAT and SABR. We also offer non-surgical skin cancer treatments. The practice operates on an Elekta platform and an Eclipse planning system and uses the Mosaiq Oncology Information System. Currently the Linacs are capable of VMAT, IMRT, OBI and DIBH, as well as SABR and stereotactic cranial treatment. As part of the GenesisCare Oncology Queensland network, you will be working collaboratively with a group of Radiation Oncologists with weekly State-wide educational meetings and chart rounds. The key focus of the position will be to provide clinical care and daily management of associated multidisciplinary patient care to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality radiation oncology treatment.
