Job Title: Underwriting Supervisor Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: As an Underwriting Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the management of offshore underwriting resources, including comprehensive review of income, credit, liabilities, and assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to agency and company guidelines. This role ensures high quality underwriting production, adherence to Agency and company guidelines, and alignment with AmeriHome/Western Alliance Bank policies and service expectations. In addition, you'll manage the day-to-day as a hands-on manager, prioritizing assignments, and the ability to work with a large team of staff members. You'll be expected to understand the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules, regulatory and compliance regulations. - Manage underwriters to ensure mortgage loans are underwritten following proper guidelines.
