Overview The Senior Financial Analyst must believe in, practice, and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be H onest, O bjective, M ature and E fficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners. - Support the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring underlying transactions, disclosures, and supporting schedules are accurate and compliant with U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements - Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and internal management reporting, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive- and board-level reporting packages - Execute and enhance key financial reporting processes, including SEC reporting, internal reporting, tax support, and investor-related deliverables, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy Responsibilities: SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting: - Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), including supporting schedules, disclosures, and coordination of cross-functional inputs to ensure completeness and accuracy - Perform detailed tie-out procedures of financial statements and footnotes...
