Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative OT Security Specialist (Training & Knowledge Transfer) to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Lead OT‑focused cybersecurity training and knowledge‑transfer programs covering industrial protocols, safety integration, threat response procedures, and operational resilience. - Develop curriculum, lesson plans, technical documentation, labs, and assessment materials aligned with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800‑82, and organizational policy. - Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training, workshops, mentoring, and train‑the‑trainer sessions to embed cybersecurity best practices into operational engineering teams. - Coordinate with system owners, control engineers, safety personnel, and SOC/CIRT teams to ensure training reflects live system constraints and current threat tradecraft. - Maintain and publish training artifacts, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge repositories to support sustainment and rapid onboarding of personnel. - Assess workforce readiness, track training outcomes, and recommend remediation or capability development plans to leadership. - Support exercises, tableto...
