Job description
As the Compensation Analyst , you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing salary surveys to price jobs in local market, evaluation positions, assisting managers with job description development and recommending salary grades. Primary responsibilities include: Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials - Lead a team of facilitators to ensure the delivery of best in class blended virtual training and ensuring a high focus on colleague development and engagement. - This will include conducting observations with each facilitator and providing feedback and coaching for all.
