Operations Supervisor- 1st Shift

** We have an opening on 1st shift for this role ** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Take ownership of your area’s performance including safety, quality, and productivity, holding team members accountable to standards. This includes weekly presentations to the management team regarding area performance. 2. Use data to identify trends and predict maintenance needs before they happen. 3. Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement events to: 4. Ensure the following of all safety requirements of the equipment (J.S.A.) and O.S.H.A standards 5. Collaborate with the Scheduling department on productions this includes organizing the schedule for efficiency. 6. Collaborate with the Maintenance department to schedule repairs. 7. Maintain monthly/daily reports 8. Identify capital improvement projects 9. Aid in rolling out 5S and sustaining gains in the building 10.
