This role involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems, fixtures, equipment, and controls, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Experience in senior living environments - such as long-term care, assisted living, or memory support - is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates a genuine passion for supporting residents and contributing to their comfort, safety, and quality of life.
