Job description

Overview The Training and eLearning Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in content development, training strategy, and eLearning design/creation within the revenue cycle. This role creates and delivers impactful, high-quality learning solutions that enhance performance and support a strong department culture. Leading projects from concept through completion, the specialist will design innovative, results-driven programs and serves as a key coordinator, resource, and liaison for departmental training initiatives—ensuring alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement across all learning activities. Note: Those selected for interview will be asked to showcase a completed e-learning project. Any platform would be ok, preference being The Articulate program.
