MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse Status: Full-Time: Salary: $53.00 - $63.00 hourly DOE Location: Avamere Richmond Beach Rehab - 19235 15th Ave NW, Shoreline, WA 98177 Apply at Teamavamere.com: The primary purpose of this position is to participate in developing plans of patient care for each resident and to review the resident’s medical and nursing treatments to ensure they are in accordance with the resident’s care plan and wishes.
