This is a leadership role responsible for shaping how autonomous agents, copilots, and AI-driven CX workflows are positioned, demonstrated, and delivered to enterprise customers across Western & Northern Europe. You will lead and develop a team of Portfolio Sales Engineers, partner closely with Sales and Product leadership, act as a trusted advisor to customers and effectively articulate the value of NiCE solutions with both business and technical audiences.
