Position: Allied Health Assistant Location: Across NCN Health: EFT/Hours: 0.6 EFT (48 Hours Per Fortnight) Status: Part Time Fixed Term until June 30, 2027 Hourly Rate: Dependent upon qualification and skill level and 12 % superannuation About the Role: NCN Health is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join our Allied Health and Chronic Disease team. This position is responsible for the implementation of individual and group interventions and/or therapy programs as delegated by treating Allied Health practitioners and Nursing staff as part of the newly funded Murray PHN Chronic Disease Exercise and Education Program. This program is funded for 12 months and is in partnership with Yarrawonga Health. The program will deliver direct clinical services through a structured exercise and education group program for people living with chronic conditions - cardiovascular (CVD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and diabetes.
