Flexible Per Diem Schedule with Premium Pay BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Weekend Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to geriatric patients in Independent Living and Assisted Living Communities in Newton and Wayland. Prior home health experience is required. As a home health physical therapist you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to patients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to maintain their independence.
