Overview Seven Hills Hospital is a 134-bed acute care psychiatric and addiction treatment hospital serving adolescents, adults, and seniors in the Las Vegas area. The hospital provides a full continuum of behavioral health services, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, medically supervised detox, and substance use rehabilitation. Patients receive individualized, evidence-based treatment supported by multidisciplinary teams, with services such as psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual and group therapy, and family-focused care for conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions and support a high-performing, mission-driven workforce in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. This leader will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, and compliance, while partnering closely with hospital leadership to drive a positive culture and ensure the organization attracts and retains top clinical and operational talent.
