Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Reports To: Hospital-Specific Maintenance Manager Position Summary: Marshall Health Network is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our hospital’s physical plant systems. This position is responsible for managing all MEP systems, including fire and life safety equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a skilled team of trades professionals. The MEP Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining hospital operations through effective supervision, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and emergency power generation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintain accurate inventories of equipment and parts.
