SDR Manager (SDM) Empowering the next generation of Gartner sales leaders. At Gartner, our Sales Development Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization. As an SDM, you’ll lead a team of 10+ early-career associates supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams across our Gartner Sales regions. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic outreach, managing cold calling efforts, and developing high-performing talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
