What you’ll do At Collins Foods Europe, we are building more than restaurants. We are building strong leadership, talent, and sustainable performance. As Talent, Performance & Organisational Effectiveness Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development of our above-store leaders across the Netherlands and Germany. You will bring together performance management, leadership development, talent & succession, and organisational development into one integrated approach. Together with the Chief People Officer, you will help shape our strategy: building capability from within! How you’ll make an impact: Leadership, Talent & Performanc e: Strengthening leadership capabilities, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. Learning & Capability Development: Designing and implementing leadership and learning programmes, localising content for the Netherlands and Germany, and managing digital learning environments and insights. Organisational Effectiveness: Leading OE projects focused on culture, collaboration, and performance, and translating organisational insights into concrete improvement actions.
