Leading a classroom takes a special kind of skill. As a Lead Teacher, you are: - Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. - Engaging! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. - Learning! Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics. - Inspiring! Implement the Montessori curriculum (with assistance of the Director, a School Education Manager, Team Lead, or faculty mentor) and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
