About the Role: Job Summary Under the direction of the HIM Operations Manager, the HIM Operations Supervisor maintains the integrity of the Enterprise Master Patient Index (MPI) and facilities synchronization of all impacted databases through the organization and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HIM Operations Department. The HIM Operations Supervisor provides staff with support, supervises the operational workflow; monitors employee performance; addresses complaints and resolves problems; and actively oversees and supervises production and quality control efforts. This position monitors compliance with all federal privacy and compliance standards. Monitors staff quality and productivity and department key performance indicators to ensure department success. Performs all functions of the Operations team as needed.
