Overview BerryDunn is currently seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist who will closely partner with our Manager of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This pivotal role involves comprehensive oversight of the end-to-end A/R process, encompassing billing, collection, and fostering streamlined reporting, analysis, and issue resolution. Notably, the position will entail frequent engagement with Principals and clients, with a focus on minimizing days sales outstanding and enhancing cash flow dynamics. This position will be based in our Portland, ME headquarters. Travel Expectations: This role requires minimal travel, less than 10% per year. You Will: - Process daily check, electronic, and credit cards payments - Deposit check payments to bank - Prepare, review, and distribute monthly A/R reports - Generate and distribute monthly A/R statements - Monitor overdue accounts, and work closely with Principals and clients on effective issue resolution - Provide banking details and complete EFT/ACH setup forms requested by clients - Process credit card transactions submitted by clients through Authorize.net - Assisting all staff with billing issues - Maintain the Internal Ac...
