We are seeking a Head of Commercial Strategy & Enablement (x|f|m) to strengthen the commercial backbone of our global Sales organization. This position is based in Europe and plays a pivotal role in shaping and governing our global commercial architecture to enable consistent, customer‑centric execution across all regions. With strategic impact across Sales, Pricing, Analytics, and CRM, this role drives scalable commercial performance in a rapidly growing, data‑driven environment. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days at one of our Sartorius sites with the opportunity to work remotely. The role requires substantial international travelling.
