As a Senior Commercial Attorney on the Commercial Legal Support team, you will play a critical role in supporting NXP’s global business operations, primarily advising on customer-facing matters, including sales agreements and software licensing. You will be responsible for independently negotiating complex commercial transactions, advising internal clients, and delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where senior attorneys are trusted to independently drive complex negotiations, exercise judgment, and shape commercial outcomes.
