Responsibilities: - Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins. - Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine - Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures - Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas - Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Supportive Functions: In addition t...
