Key position functions include: - Support customer intake phone calls for requests relating to equipment, delivery information, and documentation with exceptional customer service. Provide timely and accurate information. - Develop strong rapport with customer representatives. Provide follow-up regarding rig/field requirements. - Draft/prepare quotations for review and distribution. - Activate Sales Orders and Transfer Orders for loaded project orders. Establish Sales Orders when required for direct customer sales. - Track open orders via production schedule.
