Description Job Summary: We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people. As a PCC, you will be in a pivotal role in our patient journey as you will be the first point of contact for helping patients in their journey to get better by helping them schedule appointments, update information, and answer any questions they may have. Your goal is to provide the best patient experience and satisfaction, by ensuring seamless interaction and connection between your assigned providers and their patients. Roles & Responsibilities: Patient Support & Scheduling: Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed. Verify insurance coverage and explain patient financial responsibilities. Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances. Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries. Obtaining vitals and lab specimens as required. Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and prescription requests.
