Systems Engineer- Level 2 (Cloud & Endpoint)

Own complex troubleshooting, support the delivery, and help keep modern customer environments running securely and smoothly. At efex, our Systems Engineers are trusted to take real ownership of escalated support and technical outcomes. This role is for an experienced Level 2 engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across modern Microsoft environments, and contributing to projects, while still working within a clear and supportive escalation structure. You’ll sit at the intersection of cloud, identity, endpoint, and security, working across a varied customer base in a fast-paced MSP environment.
