Working/Functional Title Vended Product Administrator: Position Summary: The Enterprise Services Vended Productions team is responsible for the administration and support of many vendors and SaaS (Software as a Service) applications for various departments and colleges across Michigan State University. This position will report to the Vended Products and CRM Manager. This position will join the team to support the Enterprise level TDX (TeamDynamix) ITSM (IT Service Management) and PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) software. The person in this position will be responsible for administration work, deployments from between TDX environments, development work in the TDX iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), Workflow creation and management, and software integrations. This position is a hybrid position and will require onsite presence for 2 days per week.
