Job Title: Urban Youth Academy- Field Trip & School Visit Coordinator (Seasonal) Job Summary: The Kansas City Urban Youth Academy is a nonprofit organization with the mission to empower Kansas City’s urban youth to unlock their potential and become the leaders of tomorrow through baseball and softball. The position is housed at the Urban Youth Academy (UYA) and is responsible for executing school-based programming that connects students to baseball, softball, and education through high-quality, structured field trips and in-school visits for K–6 students across the Kansas City metropolitan area. The coordinator will assist with program facilitation, logistics, student engagement, and on-site execution of UYA educational programming during the school day. This position is well suited for college students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Education, Recreation, or related fields, as well as individuals with experience working with youth in structured group environments.
