Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our Finance team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in direct and indirect tax compliance. The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for all areas of tax planning, tax accounting, and tax compliance. Duties/Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee tax processes, including U.S. federal, state, and international direct and indirect filings. - Manage quarterly distributions to partners, coordinating with third-party tax preparer. - Resolve tax audits and notices issued by tax authorities. - Reconcile all tax general ledger accounts. - Support the development and enhancement of tax policies, procedures, and internal controls for increased efficiency and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of tax transactions. - Act as a resource to other functional departments of the Company seeking tax advice. - Strong analytical mindset to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and ensure reasonableness. - Collaborate with auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules...
