Contracts Counsel Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Mclean, VA Job Overview: Pixalate is seeking an experienced Contracts Counsel to join our growing legal team. This role is central to supporting Pixalate's commercial operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of technology and data licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, partnership deals, and vendor agreements. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and executive leadership to enable business transactions while managing legal risk. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Counsel who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys being a true business partner — not just a gatekeeper.
