Sales Associate - Cookshop As a Sales Associate within our established and prestigious cookshop department within Harrods homeware, you will be the face of our iconic brand and be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. This position is part time, working 15 hours per week. About the Role: Being a part of the cookshop team, you’ll immerse yourself in a world of premium kitchenware and high quality cookware. The role involves working with clients to help them find products for their homes that align with their requirements. You will be responsible for delivering a tailored service that meets the clients expectation and delivering high standards of performance. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.
