IS Manager of Clinical Systems Organization: Marshall Health Network (MHN): Reports To: IS Director of Enterprise Applications Position Summary: The Manager of Clinical Systems is responsible for the planning, implementation, support, and optimization of assigned clinical applications across Marshall Health Network’s multi-specialty and subspecialty outpatient practices and services. This position ensures that care teams and end-users have reliable, effective, and efficient information systems that align with clinical workflows, quality goals, fiscal management, and regulatory requirements. The Manager provides leadership and oversight for analysts and support staff, collaborates with operational leaders, and ensures systems meet the needs of patients, providers, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee assigned clinical applications and application analysts, including specialty/subspecialty EHR modules as assigned by leadership. Lead planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of assigned systems and projects.
