Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and has a broad range of maintenance skills. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine gutter cleaning using a 6-foot ladder. Conduct: pressure washing of sidewalks, pool decks, and other exterior areas as needed. Complete small: electrical repairs , including replacing ceiling fans at pool areas, changing light switches, and inspecting or maintaining property lamp posts. Diagnose and repair: leaking spigots and other minor plumbing issues. Blow common areas: such as clubhouse parking lots, walkways, and pool decks to maintain cleanliness. Apply: basic plumbing knowledge to address unit backups caused by clogged lines or root damage; inspect sewer cleanouts and assist in identifying the source of issues.
