Registered Nurse | Nephrology

Job description

The Registered Nurse assesses implements, directs, and evaluates patients' physical, emotional and psychosocial needs as directed by the Nephrology provider and clinic standards. The RN is a competent nurse who has mastered technical skills and uses evidence-based interventions in providing age appropriate care to patients and families. The RN continues to collaborate with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Maintains professional competencies for practice. Schedule: - Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud - Day shift | Monday - Friday | 8am -4:30pm and 7am-3:30pm - Occasional clinic outreach locations - Occasional holidays Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $39.74 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $39.74 - $59.61 per hour Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
