Family Physician 1 FTE Contract to March 31, 2028 Thunder Bay Site We are currently seeking a full-time Family Physician to serve our client population. NorWest Community Health Centres is a community-based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. We belong to a network of provincial community health centres. In this position, you will have a great career opportunity to work to full scope as a valued member of the Community Health Centres inter-professional care team. The Family Physician will provide primary care to clients within a care model that emphasizes disease prevention, health promotion, education, and client empowerment. Our Thunder Bay team is comprised of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Therapists, Midwives, Dietitians, Community Health Workers and Administrative support staff. This competitive salaried position (up to $330,457) provides an excellent compensation and benefits package, including the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) and professional development and educational opportunities.
