Salary £25,989 - £28,142 per annum | Permanent | Full time, 37 hours per week | Building Maintenance Team International Sponsorship - this role is open to international sponsorship General Maintenance Operative: To provide an inhouse repair and maintenance service across the County Hall complex of buildings in Preston and the Older People's establishments portfolio across the county, as directed by the maintenance team management in line with service level agreements. The post is based at County Hall in Preston but may be required to support various sites across the county. The post is available on a full-time 37 hours per week basis Monday to Friday. Post holders will be required to work at various sites across the county in a pre-determined geographical area, although will be required to provide cover for staff absences or periods of priority workloads in other areas. A full driving license is required to undertake this role, and a business use only work vehicle will be provided with the role where required.
