Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) : Post operative surgical acute care, telemetry unit | Unit Overview: 5G/H is a 42 bed telemetry unit specializing in complex patients with multiple co-morbidities, palliative care, colorectal surgeries with progressive ERAS protocols, and MDRO patients. The patient population is transferred from ICU, ED and PACU.
