Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive, organised coordinator who cares about great student experiences and keeping a busy service team running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, simplifying processes, and supporting a team to do their best work, this role could be a great fit. As the Student Connect Coordinator, you’ll support the leadership team to deliver high‑quality, student‑focused services across the student lifecycle. Day‑to‑day, you’ll guide Student Connect Officers, assist with the management of workloads and rosters, and make sure enquiries are handled accurately and on time across our in‑person, phone, email and digital channels.
