Role purpose: Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and other steps along a production line. Key responsibilities: Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to improve efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production problems. Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. This will involve adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards. Equipment Changeover: Carry out changeover of one or more equipment, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks. Equipment Total Productive Maintenance: Carry out TPM checks and activities, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.
