About the role: We’re looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer to help define the vision, product strategy, and user experience for BuySmart. As part of the Gartner BuySmart product group, you’ll join a collaborative team of engineers, product managers, and designers committed to building world-class products that transform how businesses buy enterprise software. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead user research, create intuitive flows and wireframes, and design impactful mockups and prototypes. You’ll also help maintain our design system and support quality assurance, ensuring our products deliver outstanding user experiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing and launching SaaS products, strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a passion for simplifying complex processes through exceptional UX.
