Job Purpose As a Senior Software Developer in the Trados Studio engineering team, you will take ownership of complex feature development and technical problem-solving across one of the world's leading desktop translation productivity platforms. Working within a collaborative, agile team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software across a modern yet established C# codebase, helping to raise engineering standards while growing into broader technical leadership responsibilities. This role is offered on a hybrid/remote basis (Romania), with flexibility to work remotely while staying closely connected with a distributed team across multiple European locations.
