Supply Chain Operations Specialist Position Highlights: - Position: Supply Chain Operations Specialist - Location: Evanston Hospital - Part-time (20 hours per week) - Hours: Non-Weekend shift week (Tuesday/Thursday: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM) Friday (7:30 AM- 4 PM) - Weekend shift week: Saturday (9am-3pm) Sunday (7:30am-1:30PM) Tuesday/ Thursday( 7:30am-11:30am) - Required Travel: no Job Summary: The Supply Chain Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining established stock levels in supply areas for assigned Hospital units, medical group locations, and off-site points of care. This includes but is not limited to counting current stock levels, picking tickets from inventory locations, organizing and facilitating Just-in-time deliveries to assigned units, and checking supplies for expiration. The Supply Chain Operations Specialist is accountable for the relationship with clinicians, providing real-time updates on product disruptions and changes.
