Manager, Professional Services (GovCon)

Job description

We’re looking for a Manager, Professional Services to lead a high-performing team of functional and technical consultants within our GovCon ERP Center of Excellence. You will be responsible for driving high-quality customer implementations, developing the talent on your team, and driving performance across key services performance metrics such as utilization, realization, revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Operations to ensure predictable delivery, strong customer outcomes, and a scalable services organization.
