IQVIA is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activity for a portfolio of specialty medicines on behalf of one of our pharmaceutical partners. This role provides the opportunity to take responsibility for a single national market , operating within a matrix environment and working closely with both IQVIA and partner stakeholders. Territory scope: Poland: The role has oversight of a national team of Specialty Sales Representatives , with accountability for performance, execution, and team development across the country. The portfolio sits within specialty care, spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology , and is promoted primarily within specialist healthcare settings. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for translating brand and portfolio strategies into effective local field execution, ensuring consistent, compliant delivery while adapting to national market needs.
