Your Impact You will ensure that global IT service standards translate into consistent, high-quality service experiences across Europe , acting as the critical link between business expectations and operational delivery. What You Will Drive: End-to-end regional service performance transparency and accountability Strong business alignment and stakeholder trust across markets Early identification and escalation of systemic service risks Consistent application of global governance and SLA standards Effective cross-vendor and cross-domain coordination: How You Will Make a Difference Provide leadership with clear visibility on regional service performance Act as the trusted escalation partner for business stakeholders Ensure regional realities are reflected without compromising global standards Drive structured service improvements across countries and providers What You Bring: Extensive experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Operations in complex environments Proven ability to operate across multi-country, matrix organizations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing outsourced and multi-vendor services Ability to navigate escalations and drive resolut...
