OVERVIEW: The HR Specialist - HRBP is the subject matter expert in terms of HR processes and system related updates. This role will provide support through HR analytics, job description updates, employee relations, and overall teammate lifecycle initiatives as directed by the HRBP-Manager. HR Process and Systems Ownership: Facilitate HR processes and system processes, as needed. Processes include everything from offer preparation, payroll oversight, unemployment claims, etc. Processes vary by location supported. Act as a subject matter expert in the company’s HRM.
