All Shifts: Rotating days off: Job Summary and Responsibilities: PASTEURIZER RESPONSIBILTIES Must possess a valid California state pasteurizers’ license. Safely - Set up, operate, shut down and CIP the HTST’s in a satisfactory and quality manner. Protects the public health by operating pasteurizers using approved procedures. Runs quality tests on products, such as acidity, PH and total solids, and determines PDB’s, moistures, CIP titrations, etc. Responsible for maintaining product quality, sanitation of equipment, and housekeeping standards. Assures proper completion of recording charts and production paperwork. Follow proper Silo, tank and lines rotation and CIP procedures. FIILTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely - Set up, operate, shut down and CIP the filtration equipment in a satisfactory and quality manner, maintaining required solids.
