How you make a difference The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the current state of the business, gathering requirements for new solutions, and performing gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiencies. They will provide recommendations based on their analysis to help the organization achieve its business goals and objectives. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to ensure that their recommendations align with the overall strategy of the organization. Additional Details: MUST RESIDE IN ARKANSAS This role reports onsite to our Arkansas DOC Regional Office located in Pine Bluff, AR. This role focuses on both Business Analyst duties and Administrative duties. The ideal candidate possesses experience in an administrative assistant type role. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: - College degree in Finance or related degree. Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a role demonstrating business system and financial analysis.
